This is a bright blue opaque color made with high levels of titanium white to create a lighter tint. Its name derives from the Latin caeruleum meaning sky-blue pigment, and is a careful combination of pigments closely resembling genuine cerulean blue. Unfortunately at this time, we cannot ship this item to Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and Canada due to local legal restrictions.
